Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This policy applies to cubiq.coach and the cubiq beta waitlist.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• Your email address.
• The date you signed up.
• Your signup source, such as Instagram, Reddit, or a direct visit.
• A record of the signup notice shown when you submitted the form.

We also use temporary abuse-prevention records to limit repeated submissions. These contain a hash derived from your network address and the date, rather than the original address.

How we use this information

We use your email to send cubiq beta updates and an invitation to try the product. We use signup sources to understand where interest comes from and abuse-prevention records to protect the form. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the waitlist. Authorized cubiq operators can access signup information. Cloudflare may process technical request information to provide and protect the service.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes website usage information as described below.

Optional analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is disabled until you choose to allow it. If enabled, it uses cookies to measure visits, referral sources, and completed waitlist signups. We do not send your email address or form contents to Google. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Your analytics preference is stored in this browser. You can change it at any time. Declining stops future analytics collection in this browser and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase previously collected reports. You can join the waitlist without allowing analytics.

For more information, see Google’s explanation of how it uses data from partner sites.

Retention and deletion

We retain signup information while operating the waitlist. You can request removal of your email and signup record by contacting us below. Beta emails will include a way to unsubscribe.

Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact Ben at @benweicubing on Instagram. For a deletion request, include the email address you used to sign up.
